Fisher Baseball Summer Update
Boston, MA - Fans of Fisher College Baseball, you can follow some of the current Falcons and former Falcons this summer as many of them are participating in local summer leagues.
Both the Yawkey Amateur Baseball League and Boston Park League provide quality baseball for local student-athletes through out the summer. Both leagues are wood bat leagues and the games are played with the communities surrounding the city of Boston.
Here is a list of where you can find Fisher Baseball players, both past and present.
Yawkey Amateur Baseball League

Malden Bulldogs - Also known as the Fisher College Summer Team, the Bulldogs are comprised of former Fisher Baseball greats. On this team you will find Fisher College Athletic Hall of Famers Ken Olisky and Joey Eugenio along with six other former Falcons - Luis Lara, Anthony Perry, Evan Tardugno, Tom Englehardt, Rob Mondello and Pat Shanahan.
McKay Club Beacons - Mike Oliveira and Zack Thompson are the two Fisher representitives that play for YBL President Dave McKay. Oliveira, who will be a senior in 2011, is the everyday shortstop while Thompson, who finished his college career in 2010, is a relief pitcher and outfielder.
East Boston Knights - A new expansion team in the league this season, the Knights have two former Fisher Falcons on their roster, Omar Ortiz and Josh Valerio. Oritz is a power hitting first baseman, batting in the heart of the lineup and Valerio is a utility player playing primarily in the middle of the infield.

Carlson Club - Five former players and one current player dot this roster for the defending Park League Champions. With current Assistant Coach Jose Diaz on the team are Eddy Delcarmen, Jarlin Gomez, Edwin Pena and Wandy Rosario. The only current student-athlete on the roster is 2010 redshirt Luis Pagan.
Hines/ADSL - There is only one former Fisher College student-athlete playing for Hines/ADSL and that is Justin Lasko. Lasko played one season here at Fisher, which was 2008.
